Full policy

Official Russian government, ministry, consular and primary legal sources are preferred. Foreign-government or official provider material may support location-specific or service-specific details. Secondary material is context, not the sole basis for eligibility.

High-stakes claims are stored as versioned facts and used by pages, the future checker and the future concierge. Codex checks competent official sources and reviews the source-backed facts and English source copy on the owner's behalf. This is owner-delegated factual review, not independent third-party or human approval. Model-generated translations must inherit that fact version and pass claim, number, date, entity, warning, terminology, direction and rendered-layout checks before publication.

Material corrections create a new reviewed revision. Draft, stale, unreviewed and incomplete locale variants remain outside search, sitemaps and hreflang.

Version and date

Version 1.1 · Effective 28 September 2026.
