One contact for the first release
The planned address for general questions, factual corrections, privacy requests and security reports is support@russiavisaguide.com. Mailbox setup is still in progress, so delivery is not yet reliable. This independent information service is not a Russian government office, consulate or visa-issuing authority.

General questions
Do not rely on support@russiavisaguide.com until this page says the mailbox is active. The first release has no public contact form and no live agent or consultation intake. We do not publish a response-time promise.
What not to send
The mailbox is not a visa-application channel. Do not send passport scans, passport numbers, payment details or other sensitive identity information. Russian Visa Guide cannot issue a visa or decide admission at the border.
Report a factual error
Include the page address, the statement you believe is wrong and, if available, a link to the official source. Do not include passport details or other sensitive personal information. A correction request does not create a visa application or guarantee a route decision.
Privacy request
Put ‘Privacy request’ in the subject line and explain the request without sending identity documents. Because the static release does not create accounts, leads or application records, the reply may first ask for enough context to identify whether the site holds any relevant technical record.
Security report
Put ‘Security report’ in the subject line and describe the affected page and observed behavior. Do not send passwords, private keys, passport data or active exploit payloads in the first message.
No form or live agent in this release
The first release does not submit a form, open a chat or transfer a request to a partner. Those channels require a separate privacy and operational review before they can be enabled.
